Cancellation Policy

Ordering person has the right to cancel the order or product delivery only when advance amount for product or service has not been paid otherwise cancellation charges will apply as follows:

• No cancellation charges and 100% return will be applicable on ready made products if returned within 2 working days. Delivery Charges in anycase will be non-refundable
• 50% cancellation charges will apply on made to order products. Delivery Charges in anycase will be non-refundable
